Eden's First Week
Calista has had a busy week while Danae and Eden take it easy, thanks to Grandma's help. We enjoyed a visit from Karl & Jolene's family Friday evening, and celebrated Grandma's birthday on Saturday. We can hardly believe Eden's a week old already, let alone that Calista is two and a half, and man does she seem heavy now. Eden's a peaceful delight- she cries only when she really means it and is excelling at age-appropriate activities like sleeping and eating. Mom & Dad get some sleep too. Not like the 8 hours a night from 8 days ago, but we're not quite zombies yet. Maybe for Halloween.

Eden is looking so big already!! Danae, you look fantastic, of course. Say hi to your mom! Congrats to all of you!!
She is so cute. Calista is starting to look like a little girl, no more baby face. She is so pretty. I love the name you chose. I, for one, am amazed that you have already been on a walk AND out to eat. You must be supermom!
I don't entirely think you can ever make the comment "Danae and Eden are taking it easy" what with one of them being Mommy and one a newborn! But I'm glad to hear that you all have so much help and company. We miss you guys, and your girls are both just beautiful.

What precious girls! Second babies usually sleep better than firsts. They get used to noise faster and parents know what to do. Congratulations.
